resume back training x3

my little wound on my left palm is okay ady
after i paste a plaster then it's good as new >___O

today i resume back my wushu training guided by my senior x3
to jot down what he demonstrated (just in case i forgot)

it is a technique named Three Fists That Chases Horses Away
yes, i know it sounds weird, but then always everything translate from mandarin to english will sounds weird
due to the culture differences of course >____O

yah by the way
the technique he demonstrated before CNY holiday was
Rolling Hands and Missing Hands (sounds very weird >___O )
and there is one saying:
"when u encountered Gang (forces), thus Miss the Hand"

ya i know all these sounds weirder and weirder
but what to do? i just jot it down in case i forgot (what a selfish guy i am)
